When listening to music or to a podcast it is handy to bookmark the different songs/podcasts at a certain moment. This is useful because next time the user is going to listen the same song/podcast the program can remember the exact time the file was interrupted and allow the user to restart the listening at that point. Banshee has this feature, Rhythmbox not.
