Nautilus ignores hidden files

When the option "Show hidden files" is disabled, Nautilus ignores hidden files at all. When directory's items are counted and when directory size is calculated the hidden files are ignored.

It can be dangerous - for example it can make the wrong impression that a directory is empty and if the user decides to delete such directory all the hidden files in it will be deleted.
