Having configured evolution with email account in MS exchange server and set the OOO message. When starting the evolution it shows dialog to change the OOO status and immediately crashes.

able to see segmentation fault in terminal.

But when started in off-line mode with command : Evolution --offline it works fine and i manually connect it

are you using owa connector or mapi provider ?

Thanks for taking the time to report this bug.
Without a stack trace from the crash it's very hard to determine what caused it.
Can you get us a stack trace? Please see http://live.gnome.org/GettingTraces for more information on how to do so. Thanks in advance!
