If one instance of bluetooth-properties already exists, second instance forgets to release startup notify before quitting.

How to reproduce:

1) Run bluetooth-properties from the menu.

2) Run bluetooth-properties from the menu.

Actual result: Busy cursor

Expected result: Normal cursor
