Description alberto.email 2009-11-24 09:29:32 UTC
I've just installed glade3 with gtk on windows but when I launched Glade3 to open the ide I suddenly got this message, no access point to g_dgettext() found in libglib-2.0-0.dll please help me because I'd like to develop with Glade on Windows.

I have a similar problem:

entry point for g_assertion_message could not be located in libglib-2.0-0.dll

on Windows 7

I found a workaround:

right-click the glade icon in the start menu, select properties, then click
the "open file location" button. navigate to the "bin" subdirectory, and run the "glade-3.exe" in that directory instead of the "usual" one.

We're looking into creating proper and working build scripts for building
glade for win32 in bug 634978
