Description Yann 2009-11-23 15:58:10 UTC
When gragging an item to move it, it displays a long white rectangle that hides too much the location where I would like to put it.

Please reduce the rectangle size to its minimum.
(and why not, make it transparent)

On Ubuntu 9.10

best regards

Drag and Drop support has been removed for the time being (might be added again later). See http://git.gnome.org/browse/alacarte/commit/?id=d9d0312a0f38bec6551d0d79d917eac389f0730b

GNOME is going to shut down bugzilla.gnome.org in favor of gitlab.gnome.org.
As part of that, we are mass-closing older open tickets in bugzilla.gnome.org
which have not seen updates for a longer time (resources are unfortunately
quite limited so not every ticket can get handled).

If you can still reproduce the situation described in this ticket in a recent
and supported software version, then please follow
  https://wiki.gnome.org/GettingInTouch/BugReportingGuidelines
and create a new enhancement request ticket at
  https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/alacarte/-/issues/

Thank you for your understanding and your help.
