They are not a standard feature of C++.

Pango-ft2 support for MSVC is restored.

The fix for this bug introduces a rendering regression, see bug #605655

Reopening, because the fix must be reconsidered.

We already have a bug for that, so I'm closing this one again.  Lets track there.
