Description Maxim Levitsky 2009-11-18 22:46:39 UTC
If I attempt to create VCD or DVD video image using video files
(I tried normal mpeg4/mp3 , mpeg2 video, and ogg/theora) in all case I see this:

 (brasero:25073): GStreamer-CRITICAL **: gst_element_set_state: assertion `GST_IS_ELEMENT (element)' failed
 (brasero:25073): GLib-GObject-WARNING **: invalid uninstantiatable type `<invalid>' in cast to `GstObject'
 (brasero:25073): GStreamer-CRITICAL **: gst_object_unref: assertion `((GObject *) object)->ref_count > 0' failed

I also have seen errors about some memory corruption, double free, etc...

I use currently ubuntu 9.10 gstreamer, and -git brasero

Sorry for so late an answer. I think these issues have been adressed or at least you should have better error message now. Could you confirm please?
