Hi, you may want to look at :

=> I'm missing a button to fetch user details to a ICQ ID, 
example, if someone sends me a message but i didn't expect it I want to look up his/her username to see who I'm talking too.

=> empathy already checks this if you add the useer, but only if you wait some time.

So I would request to add a button like "add user" which is "show user informaion"
like we've had in pidgin before.

Sounds like a telepathy-haze issue. I opened https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=25157 about it.
