If user renames (task/memo/GAL) then also it will be set back to original on disabling and enabling the account.

Evolution patch

If the assumption that all standard folders for which delete has been disabled cannot be renamed too, then we could reuse the same delete property for rename too. If no, then we'll handle rename as a separate property. Patch applies over the patch at bug 601202

As far as I can tell the consumption about "delete ~~ rename" applies. Thus please commit to stable, and provide a similar patch for master as well. Thanks.
