On the market of network ip camera will become to land products that support onvif standard[1] like axis and sony camera.
Now onvif forum have more than 100 members.

It could possible add support to this protocol in gstreamer?

Most of those specifications are outside of the scope of GStreamer.

The parts of that specification that involve the multimedia streaming/encoding parts are doable with GStreamer.

So basically : Application and libraries can be written to support those specifications and use GStreamer wherever multimedia is involved.
