Previously not maintaining the aspect ratio allowed me a scaled fullscreen and easily readable screen when using Vinagre on my Netbook however now for me to view a 1280x1024 screen scaled and displayed on my 1024x600 screen looks rubbish and no obvious way to restore previous functionality.

This problem has been fixed in the development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. Thank you for your bug report.
