This patch contains changes to use DV/MPEG sources with winks.
Camcorders typically use this format.

No , I just adopted this patch to the latest git, and cleaned it up as well.
Sorry that it took me so long to do this.

This has to be ported to 1.0 now, and also bug #702041 has to be fixed first.
