Patch to add 3px padding to widgets in the invoice window

The header part of the main invoice window in the business functions is quite
dense. All the widgets are packed together very closely.

In most of the other business windows (like the new invoice dialog or the
payment dialog), the widgets are laid out with slightly more space.

I have created a patch that adds the same space (padding of 3 pixels) to the
widgets in the invoice window.

This makes the window more consistent with the other gnucash dialogs, and
slightly better to look at as well.
