each time the connection is gone, i.e. if you suspend your laptop,
the contact list for group chats is hidden.
one has to enable it via Conversation -> Show contact list

This should be saved per channel and not reset on reconnect.

This problem has been fixed in the development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. Thank you for your bug report.
