GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 598888
PNG export cuts diagram on sides
Last modified: 2009-11-08 12:13:09 UTC
Created attachment 145760 [details] The diagram and its png export Sometimes, see attached example, the export to png-antialiased cuts part of the diagram on the sides.
Haven't checked on Vista yet (assuming Vista or Seven due to the reference to font "Calibri") but I guess this happens with all bitmap exporters, i.e. I'm assuming the issue to be bounding box releated. Can you eloborate on the "sometimes" a bit? Mabye it always manifests itself when using Calibri, but not otherwise?
Created attachment 146148 [details] The bug appears with the text As said, on Vista with the text the curve of the left is "shaved" by 2 or 3 pixels. Without the text everything is ok.
Right on the spot! On Windows Vista the attached diagram, exported as png-antialiased, has the left curve missing a piece in its leftmost part. If you remove the text, the curve exports correctly.
text specific bounding box issue is already reported as bug #455651, I'm going to update that. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 455651 ***
