GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 598708
Nautilus emblems are not translated
Last modified: 2010-04-22 14:58:26 UTC
Created attachment 145628 [details] 1.png I am suffering this problem since a lot of time, translations seems to be provided by gnome-icon-theme. I have to simply right-click on a file and go to Emblems tab, as can be seen in attached screenshot, most of them are untranslated (also, its names not being started by capital letters makes me doubt this is a simple translation problem :-/) Thanks a lot
This is not a problem of Spanish translation, since it's fully translated, but a problem of the package itself. Bumping to MASTER since the problem is also at the master branch (and gnome-2-28), and reassigning it to gnome-icon-theme. Thanks for your bug report.
Wouldn't this be a nautilus problem, rather?
I thought that translations for emblems were provided by gnome-icon-theme, but, if you know a different app than nautilus that could use them, I could also try with it of course :-) Thanks
This isn't a problem with 2.28. The emblems seem translated fine on my 2.28 install.
