evo patch

for evolution;

This is for all but composer. Let it be our secret about the composer, as it isn't ready for such thing there.

I fixed two other things as well:
 - offset of -1 for url detection (if a space is at the end of it)
 - mouse cursor changes only if the widget is focused (it has issues detecting
   Ctrl up event when the widget isn't focused)

Created commit 7e40d7f in evo master (2.29.1+)
