Description Leszek Koltunski 2009-10-12 16:22:02 UTC
Dual screen setup ( no xinerama, just 2 X screens ): if I try ( in the secondary screen ) to add an applet to the panel, first the list of applets correctly pops up in the secondary screen. But then when I choose any of them ( I tried at least 5 ) and click the 'Add' button, nothing will happen. The 'list of applets' dialog stays on the screen, the 'add' button keeps being pressed, and the applet does not get added in the panel ( neither the one in the primary nor the one in the secondary screen )

I'd like to confirm this as an issue for me in 2.28.1 (Ubuntu 9.10). I have a single panel on my second x screen with a window list, but after adding another panel, nothing can be added to it, as described above (at least not the menus I was trying to add). I use screenlets to launch programs on the second screen.
