Description Jonathan Ernst 2009-10-12 13:51:53 UTC
I was trying to send new usb ids to the linux-usbids robot and it didn't work because evolution 2.28 is now replacing tabs by spaces in plain text mails.

It was working before in 2.26.

Steps to reproduce :

1) write a new mail
2) type test<tab>test then on a new line test<space>test
3) send the e-mail
4) check your sent e-mails

Expected result :
lines 1 and 2 are different

Actual result :
line 1 and 2 are identical

It seems to work fine for me here in 2.28.0
Comment 2 Matthew Barnes 2009-10-20 20:47:56 UTC
Also works fine in 2.29.1, so closing this as OBSOLETE.
