pre-condition:
rhythmbox running but not playing any music (paused, essentially)

steps to reproduce:
- make a jabber audio call
- hang up jabber audio call

expected outcome:
- call ends, nothing else

Actual outcome:
- call ends, music starts playing

using empathy 2.28.0.1

Thanks for the report, this has been reported as bug 597228 but closed as NOTGNOME, however I don't know if a bug has been filed against PulseAudio, or its number.
