What is the exact evolution version ?  On debian url, it says 2.22.x which is no more supported. Please use 2.26.x or 2.28.x and report back, thanks.

The bug was observed on Mon, 20 Oct 2008 with evolution 2.22.3.1. Due to lack of responsibility it was neither forwarded to the Gnome Bugzilla nor read by any upstream Evolution developer. I doubt that repairing the particular error in DST calender one year after tie problem arised would be of any help.

But, perhaps the dates are wrong for this year again, so tomorrow I'll see and report back.

Joking aside, please check the general way how DST begin and end dates are entering Evolution's data files and ensure that this is ok.

The exact evolution version is 2.22.3.1-1. [1] As I just reported on the Debian bug tracking site, this bug still appears this year (now):

All dates from 2009-10-18 to Saturday in a week 2009-10-25 were alerted one hour too late. In addition this bug also appears in the date listed in the Gnome panel clock. The Central European Summer Time (CEST) lasts until 25 October 2009 at 03:00 (am) CEST. The red horizontal line also is wrong until that date.

Would be great if you could fix the bug so that it doesn’t appear ago in a year. Thanks and regards from Switzerland! :)

Evolution nowadays uses libical for this information, so if this is still valid please file a bug against libical:
http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=16077&atid=116077

Assuming OBSOLETEness, otherwise resolution would be NOTGNOME nowadays.
