Do not rely too much on string concatenation 

The concatenation of strings in gdu-shell.c that results in a " mounted at "
translatable string is bad for translation, in languages where order of words
are different.
Here's a possible patch to resolve this issue (not tested, though).

The UI has changed and now says "Mounted at %s".
