patch to pyempathy.defs

When trying to import empathy, is throws an exception saying symbols
empathy_tp_contact_list_can_add  and empathy_account_manager_remove were not
found. Removing this symbols from pyempathy.defs solves the problem. If this is
the solution, patch is attached.

This file is auto generated, so your patch is not the good way to fix the issue. Bug #597293 is explaining the root cause.
