Description Oskar Wallgren 2009-10-04 06:28:30 UTC
Using "Enter" or "ALT + F" after entering string to search for works fine.

How to replicate bug:
Open a document.
CTRL + F
Enter a string you know occurs more than once and hit search.

If you continue clicking find the search gets stuck.

I can reproduce this with gedit 2.28.0 in Ubuntu Karmic.

When you click the "Find" button the second time, it doesn't work. You need to move the mouse away from the button and back again for the button to become active again.

this happens in most buttons of gedit, for example the undo one. I can imagin this is a bug in the gtk+ of karmic.
