After upgrading from 2.3.5 r18346 to 2.3.6 r18357 (or r18359), I cannot launch GNUCash. I am using the XML backend. Reverting back to 2.3.5 r18346 returns functionality.

gconfd-2.exe is seen twice in the Processes list and then disappear. I can see the splash screen loading up to gnucash/reports/standard-reports then it disappears.

I am also seeing this with the sqlite backend.  Same symptoms as above.

2.3.6 is broken, please wait for 2.3.7.
