Description strike 2009-09-27 06:49:27 UTC
hello, I am currently using 3 workspaces. my problem is that all my icons show on every work space, I am unable to restrict an icon to only one work space. eg: workspace 1: work. I only want to see icons that I use for work. workspace 2: games. I only want to see icons for the games I play. workspace 3: kids. I only want to see the icons that the children use. Is there a way to do this? can this functionality be added to future versions of gnome desktop? ..... keep up the good work, gnome desktop is excellent!!!

This appears to be a feature request to have different launcher icons on individual virtual workspaces. Moving over to nautilus.
