Add the link get a snapshot of the current version of git, if possible on each directories of gstreamer packages.
An example of that in android web site:
http://android.git.kernel.org/?p=platform/system/core.git;a=summary

you could have the commit and the snapshot of the directories.

You mean like the download links on e.g.:

http://cgit.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gst-plugins-good/commit/

?

In any case, the GStreamer project is not in charge of the cgit installation on freedesktop.org, you would need to talk to the freedesktop people about that if the above isn't good enough for you. There's a #freedesktop channel on FreeNode IRC.
