I can't persuade epiphany 2.28 to store the password for my bugzilla installation. It doesn't prompt me to store it, either on the mini login form that is shown with javascript, or on the main login page.

Known issue (like, it's the only bug we mentioned in the release notes...). Still, bugzilla should auto-login you (like most sites, fwiw), so this shouldn't be a big deal. I use bugzilla everyday with ephy/webkit without problems.
