   I'm trying to use Balsa a email client in a 1024x600 Acer Aspire One but startup wizard has a dialog which is unusable in this scenario 

Please let the screen to adapt to 600 height

Thanks for the report!

We have a very old bug (bug #313465) that reported essentially the same issue, so I'm going to mark this as a duplicate.  We've already installed a fix, which will be part of the next release (2.4.2).  The attached patch would backport it to any recent source tree, so if you're building Balsa from source, you could apply it and not have to wait.
