With the Git migration, the algorithm cia.vc uses to determine user name has changed. It used to be equivalent to the svn account name. Now it seems to pick the part before @ in the email address, but this is only heuristic from me.
We should investigate about the user name extraction method before fixing Damned Lies.

While solving the bug, it is also very important to add a feature to "combine" usernames. It depends on which email was used while sending for another person. My changes for example are measured using three different user-names, that I'd like to combine. I think adding cia.vs line to damned-lies as some users already have, should also be in the users settings and coordination domain.

Since the website takes text before @, I'd suggest to add account username for cia.vc where user himself could add all email addresses that were used to commit changes ...
