Empty strings in mail folder names if the cyrillic symbols is presents

Evolution-mapi (exchange 2007 connector for Evolution 2.28.0) not working
correctly.

If the basic post folders (such as INBOX, OUTBOX, SENDED...)  are named by
Cyrillics the Evolution user sees only empty symbols( as " ") instead of names
of folders.

patch for unicode in folder names

  I've same problem with czech characters.
Let's try this patch based on patch for openchange.

I forgot, you have to delete ~/.evolution directory where are the names cached. You may lost another settings so please backup this directory first.

Thanks for the patch. The change is correct. The 0.28.3 version is somehow old, the new 0.30.0 or the master are different a bit, the last chunk is not necessary. I did a similar change in master few days ago, so I'll use that yours with a bit of extension in the 0.30.
