add failsafe

Here is a patch that adds a failsafe session to GDM using the patch from bug
594833.

I'm not sure is how we should expose the failsafe session.  I don't want to have it appear in a list of sessions in GDM all the time.

I don't think gnome-failsafe exists anymore
