Moves "-x objective-c++" to CPPFLAGS

Revision ea98cdc164b8837ff20d8906764a2e679686dd6b added the ability to use
automake 1.10 and 1.11. These versions add CXXFLAGS to both the compile and
link phases, and having "-x objective-c++" in the link arguments causes a
rather spectacular failure.

The attached patch fixes this and allows gtk+ to build on OSX.
