i am unable to play moovida

i tried so many times but when i am clicking on any song a message is coming as sorry this cannot be played please submit a bug in http://bugzilla.gnome.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=GStreamer
i submitted but there is no response

This bug report isn't very useful because it doesn't describe the bug well. If you have time and can still reproduce the bug, please read http://bugzilla.gnome.org/bug-HOWTO.html and add a more useful description to this bug.

Sorry about the lousy error message. This is most likely either a sound configuration issue or you're missing a required decoder plugin. If you have gnome-sound-properties installed, you could try running that and playing with the Music/Video output options.

In any case, the moovida developers should be able to help you narrow down the problem and determine if it's really a GStreamer issue or a moovida problem.
