Description Sam Morris 2009-09-16 11:26:15 UTC
Pressing ' and then typing 'epiphany' on https://bugzilla.gnome.org/enter_bug.cgi?classification=Desktop results in instances of the word being highlighted for text that is not part of a link.
Comment 1 Guillaume Bouchard 2009-09-27 19:09:25 UTC
Bug confirmed with 2.28.0/webkit on gentoo.

Also, as #595347 told it, it's impossible to activate the link with enter like it was possible with epiphany 2.26/gecko.

Please, this feature is the reason why I use epiphany over an other browser.

I didn't realize we ever had 'find in links'... is bringing this back really desired? It would require design review....
Comment 3 Sam Morris 2016-02-28 17:12:51 UTC
I really miss it when I'm outside of Firefox. Try using it to navigate a link-heavy page with the keyboard and you too may become an addict! :)
Comment 4 Michael Catanzaro 2016-02-28 17:25:35 UTC
OK, I see how Firefox handles it when you press ' and I guess we could do something like that.
