Description Cosimo Cecchi 2009-09-15 09:25:10 UTC
Since I have a Thinkpad X60, I find myself using a lot the middle mouse button. The default behaviour of many applications (Firefox is probably the best example) when you middle-click the header of a tab is to close it, and I find it really handy and quick. IMHO this should be done consistently among GNOME applications (and in gnome-terminal as well).

Dup of bug 458059.

Afaik it's the default behaviour *only* in firefox.

It is consistent between Gnome applications, insofar as all of them have rejected this request :)
