Description Innocent Bystander 2009-09-13 04:33:45 UTC
Using Ubuntu 9.04 x64, Evolution 2.26.1

I have set up two accounts:
1. Default, POP, from my ISP: Send & Receive OK
2. Gmail, IMAP: Only receive work. Send does nothing.

The Gmail IMAP account (when I write aor reply to a msg and use the Gmail account). The progression dialog box shows that only the SMTP from the default account is used. It will fail because my ISP SMTP policy requires authentication. Of course it fails because the from email is from Gmail.

Suggestion: Evolution must use the SMTP account which corresponds to the From account.

Thanks in advance for taking care.
