GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 594772
Nautilus continue to create Thumbnails of a video or a large image even if the file associated to is being removed from the disk (MAJ+Del bind for example)

When you run Nautilus under a weaky computer, generating thumbs may take time for videos or larges images. Sometimes, you want to delete them before the thumbs are loaded (large folder of pictures or videos for example). But while you wait for the file to be remove from the file system, Nautilus keep going on with generating the thumb. It's just useless. A solution would be to avoid that comportment on files that are being remove directly from Nautilus (via MAJ+Del or the contextual menu), or from other apps (alerted by DBUS). bests !
Hi, is this still an issue in a recent Nautilus version, such as 2.32 or 3.0? I don't have a weaky computer around. :-(
