"With totem 2.27.92, I've activated the Video Disc Recorder plugin and loaded a video but when selecting Create DVD Video from the menu  but nothing happened"

totem --debug shows nothing there

Works fine here. Is brasero installed? Do you have any /tmp/brasero-tmp-project* files created?

Yes brasero is installed and working. There's no /tmp/brasero-tmp-projects* files there,  I've got an strace log in case it helps: http://launchpadlibrarian.net/31599523/totem-strace.txt . Thanks Bastien.

Looks like your brasero is broken and exited.

Try stracing with "-f -vvv"
