Description Jason Bodnar 2009-09-08 02:31:10 UTC
sound-juicer should allow for a directory structure of artist initial letter/artist/album. When you have a large collection of music it becomes to have your base directory contain every single one of your artist directories. A solution for this is to break the folder hierarchy down further by using folders with the first letter of the artist name in the base directory.

For example, Soundgarden's Badmotorfinger would be stored in:

base/s/soundgarden/badmotorfinger

In the s directory you'd find directories for supertramp, spacetruck and soulhat.
