Cheese is, actually, the best software to use webcam in GNU/Linux.
But, I need a motion sensor, including monitoring people who use my computer to my ainsu, or enters my room in my absence, etc..
I looked, and there is a free tool (QMotion: http://slist.lilotux.net/linux/qmotion/index_en.html), I just think it would be interesting if it adds Cheese (GTK). It would become more complete and powerful, and this software without using Qt in Gnome to do ...

Seems to me that this should be another software, not something to integrate into Cheese. Closing as a dupe of bug 522199, which is about making Cheese's camera widget easily accessible.
