Xul 1.9.1 has been out for a while, yet librsvg fails compiling against it due to the changes in xul.

The attached patch enables build capabilities against xul 1.9.1 without breaking backwards compatibility.

Please review.

Did you forget to attach the patch?

Also, shouldn't the plugin be removed instead, since xulrunner already features good SVG support built-in ?

That's what I'd recommend. Moz has had decent SVG support for ages now. No need to install our plugin.

There's another issue with xulrunner 1.9.2. But yeah, let's try to drop the plugin instead.
