GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 593780
Default BCC is not set when composing a new mail by clicking on the sender of a displayed mail
Last modified: 2012-06-28 15:59:51 UTC
Steps to reproduce: 1. Edit your account settings to enable a default BCC outgoing mail. 2. Display any message in your Inbox. 3. Click on the email address of the sender to start composing a new mail. Expected result: The new mail should have the default BCC set. Actual result: No BCC header. Note: This is different from bug 274052, which is about starting a new message from outside of Evolution.
I can confirm that this bug is present in evolution 2.28.1 in Ubuntu Karmic, see https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/evolution/+bug/563740 /Jakob

Cannot reproduce with the given steps in 3.2.3 on Fedora 16. Closing as FIXED, but please reopen if this is still a problem in 3.4.2 or 3.2.3.
