When selecting an Icon for a Tag, using the Edit Icon For Tag dialogue, whilst the "Photo X of Y" displays the correct number of photos tagged with the icon, the spin buttons restrict the available selection so that, for instance, only 5 of the 15 tagged photos are available. From some experimentation, it looks like 10 photos are always inaccessible (unless the total number of tagged photos is less than 12, in which case only 1 is accessible).
