HTTPS access to bugzilla.gnome.org has disappeared after the recent Bugzilla upgrade.

It's bad enough that spammers harvest my e-mail, but I don't need script kiddies screwing with my bugs 'cause the sniffed my packets.  ;)

Think of this bug as #326501 redux.

You might want to look at fixing #544234 while you're at it....
