(This is a spin-off bug from bug 590680.)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch OOo Writer
2. Expand either Font Color or Highlighting on the Formatting toolbar
3. Arrow amongst the colors

Expected results: Orca would present the newly-selected color.

Actual results: Orca presents nothing.

Blocked because we're not getting events from OOo: http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=104468

Verified as fixed in the latest dev build of OOo 3.3 (9526)
