Adding ''MEDIAS'' Menu in Applications

This is my suggestion for light user-friendly menus with GNOME...  

As you see, I found that it was faster and more user-friendly with these
enhancements:
----
MEDIAS: provide a menu for medias applications (burners, ISO-related, floppy,
etc)

----
PREFERENCES: -Common options and settings

SESSIONS: -All settings related to users and sessions

HARDWARE: -All settings related to computer hardware

NETWORK: -All settings related to network(s) and Internet

SUPPORT: -LINUX Distribution infos, help and support.  System-updates, etc.
