Please describe the problem:
The "subscribe to other user's calendar" menu entry does nothing

Steps to reproduce:
1. Choose "File/Subscribe to other user's calendar" in the menu


Actual results:
Nothing whatsoever

Expected results:
I should see a dialog box or other UI that would allow me to subscribe to other people's calendars

Does this happen every time?
Yes

Other information:
Running evolution 2.26.1 in kubuntu 9.04
