In GDM, it would be nice to (optionally) have the Username field pre-filled with that of a specified user, or the last person to log in. The focus should be on the password field. This saves time.

Note similar bug #347586.  Not exactly a duplicate, but perhaps these issues should be fixed together.

We already pre-select the user who logs in the most frequently so you just have to press enter.
